Illustrated workflow for Create an account and sign in

When shared Caples sign-in is enabled, ask your association administrator for a Caples account. Applicant self-registration is unavailable in that mode. The old registration address opens this article.

Select Create account, enter your name and email, choose the association whose sign-in and security settings should apply, and create a password that meets that association's rules. You can apply to positions across the network even when you select one association for your account's security settings. Association Administrator accounts are created by administrators, not through applicant self-registration. If your association offers Google, Microsoft, or Facebook sign-in, use its sign-in button or connect that identity later from your profile. Facebook must return an email address that you have allowed it to share.

When MFA is required, complete the email code or authenticator challenge. If your account is locked or your password is forgotten, use Forgot password? to request a passwordless sign-in or password-reset link. The link is single-use and expires in 20 minutes; check spam if it does not arrive.

When Superintendent Search uses shared Caples sign-in, use Linked sign-in in the navigation to connect your personal Microsoft or Google account to your existing Caples account. Your association must permit that provider. Enter your email on the shared sign-in page to see available linked sign-in choices. If your account requires an authenticator, continue with your password and authenticator.
